1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of your account and data storage for the Vinti Beta, which is provided by PlingifyPlug. By creating an account and using the services, you agree to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data in accordance with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not proceed with creating an account or using the services.

2. Data Storage and Security

Your personal data will be stored securely in Firebase, a third-party service provider. Firebase is responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of the data stored on its servers. However, PlingifyPlug is not responsible for any breaches or data leaks that may occur due to security vulnerabilities in Firebase or any other third-party service provider used in the operation of Vinti Beta or even if its PlingifyPlug fault. PlingifyPlug is not and will not be held responsible for any data leaks, hacks or improper use of our account system. You use this account system at your own choice and warning.

3. Data Collection

PlingifyPlug collects certain personal information when you create an account, which may include but is not limited to:

• Name
• Email Address
• Account preferences and settings
• Any other information voluntarily provided during registration or usage.

By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to the collection and storage of the above-mentioned data by Firebase and PlingifyPlug. You acknowledge that this information is necessary for the operation of your account and to provide the services of Vinti Beta.

4. Data Usage

The data collected may be used for the following purposes:

• To authenticate your account and provide you with access to the Vinti Beta.
• To improve the user experience and tailor the services provided.

PlingifyPlug will retain your data for as long as you use the Vinti Beta service. If you choose to delete your account, your data will be removed from Firebase after the deletion process is completed, subject to any legal retention requirements.

PlingifyPlug takes reasonable steps to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, or deletion. However, you understand that no method of data transmission or storage is 100% secure, and PlingifyPlug cannot guarantee absolute security of your data. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details, and you agree to notify PlingifyPlug immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. PlingifyPlug is not and will not be held responsible for any data leaks, hacks or improper use of our account system. You use this account system at your own choice and warning. You are responsible of your data while using our account system. 

7. Liability and Disclaimer

PlingifyPlug is not responsible for any unauthorized access to or use of your data, nor for any damage or loss resulting from such unauthorized access. This includes, but is not limited to, any data leaks, breaches, or loss of data due to failures or security vulnerabilities in Firebase or any other third-party service used in connection with Vinti Beta.

8. Third-Party Services

By using Vinti Beta, you may be linked to or interact with third-party services, including Firebase. These third parties may have their own privacy policies and terms of service. PlingifyPlug is not responsible for the content or actions of these third-party services, and you agree to review their respective privacy policies and terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

PlingifyPlug reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, with or without notice. Any changes to these Terms will be posted on this page and will become effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

10. Consent

By creating an account and using the Vinti Beta, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. You provide your explicit consent for your data to be collected, stored, and processed in accordance with the terms outlined above.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PlingifyPlug, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Beta Software, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of another person or entity.

14. Other

If for some reason we stop using the account system all user data and account information will be deleted.

By clicking "Agree" when creating an account for Vinti Beta and about using and downloading Vinti Beta, you confirm that you understand and accept these Terms and Conditions. You also agree by continuing to use the account system after reading the terms.
